We do this all the time at work either through MS's LiveMeeting or this tool called WebEx. Nice stuff, but $$.

Yes. Windows comes with a program for this called remote help or something like that.

You can share your desktop with MSN Live Messnger or on Windows White Board that comes with Professional XP.
