Blurred viewing screen and pictures blurred when viewed on new Kodak easy share c340?

I bought my daughter a new digital camera and it worked great for about 9 months and shes been very careful with it.Now the images in the view finder are distorted colorwise and somewhat blurred.When you take a picture you get the same result.Anyone have any ideas what the problem may be?

How are the photos when you download them to the computer and view them on the monitor? If this is blurry also, then the problem is with the camera's image sensor (CCD). Since you've only had it for 9 months, it should still be under warranty. I suggest sending the camera in for repairs.

the flash might be off or she might of unknowingly changed the setting. indoor without a flash on digital looks blurred and you can see the pixels in the background. inside pic some times come out a bit yellow cause of the lighting. the lightening bolt on the camera means flash. if there a line through it it's off. look in trouble shooting in the instruction book, or take some pics to a photo lab. photo lab techs can tell whats wrong with a camera by the pics
