My operating system is XP professional and when I tried to load in the Easyshare software...my screen went blank and I had to power up in safe mode and restore my computer to an earlier date...and when I try to hook up my camera without using easyshare software...it simply doesn't recognize the camera.for some reason. And I called the Kodak people several times..and they don't know...s.! No one can help me...they keep telling me to do things that don't work!! I also tried to uninstall the Easyshare software...and you have to use uninstall program plus go into the C programs section and delete the Easy share from there and also...press shift alt delete and stop the updater program that is already running...and without it...XP doesn't download the driver...and I can't use the camera!! Help.I want to use the camera with my Adobe photoshop album program..but the camera according to the computer doesn't exist.Any ideas..calling the Kodak people is a waste of time...
