Can you tell me why people abuse/use bad language so much in chat rooms ?
Question:
Another thing i noticed is, How do people get sexual pleasure by just sitting in front of the comp, talking sex, typing away on the keyboard..Its ok to a certain extent to share pics, stories etc., but i was curious to know what sorta' pleasure (physical sexual pleasure) cud a person get over a computer screen ? I think its sick..
Answer:
hello arya,
my answer to part one of your question is this,
chat rooms by design allow people the format to share their thoughts. sometimes people want to be something they are not. insecure people can force themselves upon others without the fear of retribution, so in effect this gives them the permission they seek to be rude. i have also found that the only way a weak mind can forceably express itself is through profanity. so i will let you draw your own conclusions to that statement.
as far as part two,
arya there are a lot of lonely people in this world and while personally i am not into the whole cyber sex thing, i can understand how it happens. you sound like a reasonable person as your question is stated lucidly, but remember there are a lot of simple minded people in this world that do what they can to get by.
your question is well stated and i hope my thoughts are helpful to you.

BECAUSE THEY THINK THEY ARE THE BEST
Most of us feel the same as you. Those who abuse the use of chat rooms, are so insecure that this is the only way for satisfaction. They are not nice and all that we can do is report them and ignore them.
Because most of them are kids - ignore them. As far as the sex - it is probally the only place they can expierience it.
LONG QUESTION, it seems like several questions.
I've some things for saying: I've some few times entered chat-rooms (5 or 6 times} and I am no expert of the phenomena. However I use the F-word one heck of alot and I do not use it for defining the sex act. Like if some thing is F'd then that says it very well without trying to use some kinda flowery word: F and/or F'd is a very useful word and not profane since it is so very exact without long explanatory definition/s: Think about that aspect.
Now comes to sorriness of web chat rooms where so-and-so enters the room, "HI! It's me, I'm back." Ta Da, is not as seems, private chat me, send me your dollars and we'll talk or show a picture."
Then, ha-ha you send a message or response to some mention/s and ha-ha no one answers anything. It is EXTREEMLY FRUSTRATING and why are they there, what do they seek, can there be a chat room where persons do enjoy real exchanges of meaningful statements where mutual values and appreciations can be enhanced? Cannot the communication be the satisfaction within itself?
Anyway, FRUSTRATION SUBLIME = P!SSED-OFF PEOPLE. Many of these people are simply angered at the deficiencies encountered and they understandable vent that frustration on those persons in that room. While you as I would certainly choose insightful, pleasurable, not necessary sexual, open, facts' based communications. OH MY, WHAT A THRILL IT WOULD BE if person's simply were there for flowing with the chats! Suggest no sleep lost for being P'd and F-en angry at the go-no-where cybers.
As for all that sexual pleasure in front of computers to which you refer, there are some if not many people whom recive delightful thrills from being exhibitionists and exchanging photos does a positive service for those kinds of persons who may also be voyeours; or be they voyeour/s and the like. They in general may become generally excited by some of their varied exchanges but it is probaly a rare event where they self climax and the like. Probably just something to do and harmless too, if all be of legal-age. I'm too old for any of that and intimate affairs are not sought. I do honestly seek meaningful facts-based conversations; either by pen, machine or in person-with-person, and I even repect the garbage F's who are so F'n phony and plastic-headed!
Spellcheck is out to lunch, pardon misspellings and grammar.
It's tough SH!T, but have a nice day, Arya.
