Use your Back Button feature to go back a screen instead of going to your Q&A page and clicking back to each page to the 17th question
Use the search feature to answer questions you like answering, someone may have put it under a different category. I like answering questions about the male gentalia and a question about it was under, out of all things, Yahoo Widgets.
Since most of the answers are so related, set up a group of pre-set answers and use the copy, cut and paste features of your computer in Notepad or Word or WordPerfect.

Great question Dr. Answer! I work on the AnswersRoom.com team so here are a few of my tips.
Using a tabbed web browser, like firefox makes it easier to open multiple tabs at once without loosing your place. This is helpful when reading questions, click through to peoples profile pages, etc.
Another tip, we support RSS throughout the product. If you haven't used it RSS is like email from the web. If you subscribe to an RSS feed you'll be notified whenever a web page changes. This can be helpful with Saved Searches and/or with tracking other peoples Questions and Answers.
