What is the best digital camera I can get for under $100 suitable for a teenager?

kodak...i own a kodak digicam before and it is very good.very clear picture, nice shots.try to visit www.walmart.com they are offering it for less than 100 bucks.4mp its not that bad. samsung is nice also
