Question:
ok, here is what happened, I recieved a notice to update my kodak easy share program, but then half way through the update, my computer locked up after my son dropped a small toy on the keyboard. So I ctrl alt deleted, and closed programs down to restart my computer. I thought I could redo the update. But instead now my kodak easy share program isn't working at all. I thought about uninstalling and then reinstalling the program, but I have pictures there for insurance purposes I do not need to lose.
Am I just going to have to lose them anyway to fix the problem??
What can I do?
When the repair wizard screen pops up to fix the problem it says there was a problem and has to shut down, and to report it to Microsoft, I have done this but nothing has changed.
Any help would be appreciated, Thanks

If your computer is not working properly while you are working on it, it could be a problem with device drivers, hardware or software.
