Nvidia Laptop Video Card Problems.?

Question:
I bought a Toshiba Satellite P100. 1.5 gig ram, 120 gig HD, Nvidia GeForce Go 7300 vid card with 256 mb ram. I installed EQ II. When I go to play it I get the blue screen of death and a message (from memory) IRQL_RANGE_GREATER_THAN_

I suspect my video card IRQ setting (16), which is shared with two other devices, is to blame. Toshiba Tech Support is useless. Anybody know what is up?

Answer:
Have you tried support and forums from Everquest? The may have a patch. I have heard of some problems with Nvidia cards on other games, though have no experience with Everquest.
go to safe mode and unistall EQ II

or go back to last known
Not sure what EQII is but is is remotely possible that it is simply incompatible. Try another game to see. That sucks because those are really good specs for a laptop.
could Be the color setting on your monitor is not compatible try changing it by going to control panel then click display
yup .next time dont buy a Toshiba
