Depending how many people you expect, any hotel in Singapore have meeting rooms - or if you don't expect that many, you could get a Karaoke in many restaurants. That way you would already have a sound system set up. The ones I've seen can handle quite a few people. Any 'good' restaurant in Singapore have dinning halls you can rent that hold quite a few people and also have sound systems set up.
(By the way, the real secret is that there are no secrets)
I know of a secret place that would be great for your gathering, but if I tell you it would no longer be a secret.
