Question:
I have moved all my mp3s into the default iTunes folder in 'My music'. But now it won't add to the iTunes library. The iTunes website support FAQs says it's something to do with folder permissions but the instructions it give for XP doesn't match what i see on screen. I've uncliced the private folder, tried moving them into the shared folder but it just doesn't work. Anyone out there who can help? Grateful for no computer jargon. Thanks
I dont think you were supposed to do that. Itunes folders are pretty much for the default stuff so that when you plug in your ipod the folder can update it with the changes. I recommend removing all the songs from the itunes libary and then reloading them. If not just download jetaudio.
