How can I put Welcome Screen and Fast User back?(the log in thingy)?

Question:
I currently have the classic log on prompt (for some reason, like two month ago it changed by itself from Welcome Screen to Classic log on)
It didnt bugged me until i started sharing my computer, it just takes longer (typing in account name and password). So I tried to put it back to Welcome Screen. After I click "change the way of users log on or off", it pops an message saying:
"Client Services for NeClient Services and Netwaretware has disabled the Welcome Screen and Fast User Switching. To restore these features, you must uninstall Client Services and Netware"

my question is where and how can I uninstall Client Services and Netware so I can fix this thing? I try looking at Add and Remove but found no program called Client Services and Netware.

Thank you for your time~

Answer:
to make these changes you have too login as the "Administrator of your computer", there you can change your welcome screen and how you login.
now for the netware and client services, open control panel/administrative tools/services then scroll down too "Client services", then Netware services, open them 1 at a time and click on "properties then you can turn them to auto, manule, or disable, make sure you check there ,dependencies for what other service maybe require's them.
