Question:
I have a 5.0 mp Kodak easy share z7590. I no longer have th dock that you re charge it on, and have been using a psp charger as an adapter to power it. Well eventually that stopped working but when it was, when I turned the screen on it would say " No pictures to display" On internal memory. Do you think that if I bought a new battery and a memory card for it, it would work? I bought a sony a few months ago, a regular point & shoot camera, and dropped it last night and it doesn't zoom or anything. So I have to find a camera to use. If you think It will work, anyone know where they sell battery packs? best buy, target or walmart?
Answer:
try radio shack
Internal memory is only a back-up.
And yes, if you purchase a card (512 or larger) you should find it gives you a lot more flexibility.
The Li-ion battery you have is the best type on the market at this time. Your camera has only been out about a year, so I would first check to see if the battery charger is doing its job. Li-ion batteries should last many years. I have some that are over five years old and they work like new.
You may have to purchase a docking station for it to get proper recharging.
