Question:
My boyfrind rents the owner's suite in a house that my mom and dad use as a share rental. (they rent the rooms out-short term) They do not live there and currently the other 3 bedrooms are empty so he has the house to himself. Well on sunday he was in his room watching sports on his big screen tv when he heard the door open. he comes out to find my parents walking through the house! My mom said she has the right because the house is common area except the bedrooms. I am PISSED because I think she should have called and said hey we are out front...make sure your dressed, or something! It will be different when there are others in there, but right now, there is not! Am I over reacting?

No you are not overreacting. It is only common courtesy.
And Im not so sure she does have the right to just walk in. Its my understanding she needs to call and get permission from the renters first.
