Action bar?

Question:
This is my second question here. My first one was 2 days ago. I got a good answer. Any way, I got an email for yahoo saying that the time for my question is about to expire. It also said "breathe new life into it by using the Action Bar to extend it".

Am I blind? I cant find the action bar. Maybe someone could print the screen and paste it into a word document and draw a big red circle around it. then host the file on box.net "Free Online File Storage, Internet File Sharing". Or if its easier just tell me where the darn thing is.
I dont need to extend the time on my other question because I got a good answer. However, I may need to use it in the future.
Thank You in advance.

Answer:
Apparently your question didn't receive any answers within the 4 day answer period. So, Yahoo is letting you know that you can extend the answer period for 4 more days by clicking on the action bar.

Questions have a 4-day open period. If your question doesn’t receive any answers within this time frame, it will expire and be deleted. However, before the question expires, you have the option to extend the time period a question is open. You can extend it one time by 4 more days to a total of 8 days.

To extend the open period for your question:

Go to your question, click Edit (it's the pencil icon) in the action bar located just below the question (see the icons below your question?), and then select Extend Expiration from the option menu.
Look at "Answer This Question" and there are 5 bosex beneath it. Click on the last one and options will appear. The 3rd one down is somewhat blocked but that is the one you click to ask for more time.
