Answer:
find the image you like, right click on it, choose 'save as' and then save it to 'pictures' in your documents folder, now, go find it in your pictures file and click on it and choose 'edit' from the toolbar menu, or right click on it and choose 'edit', whichever works for you. (sometimes you will be given a choice where to open it, like in Windows Paint or Corel Draw, etc, choose one, if it doesn't work, choose another.)
when it is in edit, click on file in the toolbar menu and then 'save as', you should be given the choice to save as bit, gif, jpeg, (or jpg), etc
retitle it so you can know it from the original (add a number or a letter to the title of the pic)
good luck!
Erm...save the picture to your computer, go to the "start" of your computer, and find the "paint" program. It is usually in the accessories list. Then hit the "save as". You should find the saving file as a Jpeg. option.
Save it you your computer, then open it with PAINT, then "save as" and just below the file name, there is a "file type", select the type you would like to save as.
The best way I know how to do this is to select the item you want copied using the mouse then right click, and copy the item, this will temporarily save it on notepad, then go to a program that supports different file extensions for pictures such. (MSPicture IT) or even just your My Pictures in My Computer.
Open this program, then press CTRL V to paste the picture and create a new document in the program, then go to File on main menu bar, select Save As, then you will see a Files of type menu or you can name your file and you type the file extension of .jpeg yourself. Good luck.
