Dell XPS M1210 (refurbished) vs. Dell Lattitude D620 vs.Toshiba U205-S5067 vs. Dell Inspiron 640m?

D620 - 256MB NVIDIA® Quadro NVS 110M, 120 GB HDD, 4.3 lbs, 14.1" screen- $1350
Toshiba U205-S5067 - Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 950, 160 GB HDD, 4.1 lbs, 12.1" screen - $1450
Inspiron 640m - Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 900, 120 GB HDD, 5.3 lbs, 14.1" screen - $1000
Want something small enough to carry around but also have good performance with games. I usually play FSX and Call of Duty type of games. I like D620 but I am afraid of it not handling my games and the screen quality. Toshiba is nice and small but shared video card is the deal breaker. Inspiron is cheap but it is little bigger and heavier than others. I also dont like the Inspiron Silver case. XPS is nice but reluctant to try refurbished. Please suggest similar models if they're sub $1500 w/ similar specs

Purely for gaming take the dell
PCmark06 score 800(dell) to 590(D620*)
*NVS 110M is a 7400 optimisted for CAD etc, not gaming.
the other integrated cards are 60(900) and 170(950)
Well, D620 has a better Graphic Card, but i recommend u to take M1210 since it has smaller size ( If you don't mind playing your games with a small screen )
Go with the best graphics card. It will make a huge difference for gaming. I have a Inspiron 6400, even though it's 15.4" widescreen it's not too heavy with the 6 cell battery. I don't have any problems taking it to Warcraft 3 LAN parties.
ok, anything with Intel Graphics Media accelrator IS THE LOWEST OF THE LOW and should be shot! seriously they suck...always go with either ATI or NVidia. O and by the way the geforce go 7400 is identical to the NVS 110m, they are exactly the same.
You should get the Toshiba U205-S5067.
