DAW Problems - Sonar 6 / FX Teleport / EWQL Plugs?

Question:
Problem, under sonar 6.2 launching more than one EWQL (NI) plug (on a slave DAW via FX Teleport) causes a crash and BSOD caused by MSVCR80.dll. however one instance works well with the motu pcie 424 sound card that is installed.

Downgrading from Sonar 6.2 to sonar 6.0 fixes the multiple instances problem, so many instances can be loaded on the slave DAW's with no crash but playback is broken up and the audio engien stops on the master DAW even at a high latency.

As a test I tried a USB sound card which works fine (apart from giltchy playback over the network VSTi's whenever I move anything (volume, envalope, scroll screen etc) so project has to be minimized to play smoothly.

The intel gigabit port in use shares irq 16 with the graphics card - I cant seem to get that to change - other than that everything else seems fine.

Spec:
Asus P5WD2 Premium board
Intel D 3.0 chip
Corsair 3gig ddr2 (3x1)
Matrox Parhelia PCIe GFX (3 monitors in use)
Motu PCIe 424 + 2408mk2
WinXP Pro
Sonar 6

Answer:
I doubt you'll get the level of support you need here.
I'd look to sonar support for the advanced support.

you can of course try the basic optimization of the system to remove unwanted applications from running.
remove programs from startup

at least you can narrow down what is causing the dll to crash.
what version of the dll is it, is there a newer one (proceed with caution)
