Question:
The other night a friend invited me to view their webcam. When I accepted, it opened full screen and I couldn't view the chat window.
While I could see the images they were projecting, I had no controls to minimize the webcam so we could chat. I finally figured out how to minimize it by hitting the escape key.
The next time we tried to chat, her display image photo was not visible. All I see in the upper picture frame is white.
My control, under view is set to view contacts display image and hers is set to share image. I can view my picture in the lower box and she sees both herself and me.
How can I fix this?
Any solutions are much appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help.

try closing out the window and letting her send you the message, that might help
