hi again,thanks to everyone who helped me out with my web cam question yesterday,still cant solve the blue screen error page(i know its to do with soft or hardware that isnt installed properley installed but i cant solve it).this question is about my flash player that has stopped working,why?ive tried downloading again and again,it downloads ok but when i tried to use it it says i need to download flashplayer,why why! i know ive got a problem with shared dIIs,is this anything to do with the problem.ps you guys are a great help to a complete novice

this hapenned to me when i was trying to view Ford website (US site) what i did was uninstall all software from Adobe (flash player, shockwave player and acrobat reader) than restarted PC then installed them all again. that was 7 days ago had no problems since

I had a problem with my Adobe flash player on a BBC website. I downloaded version 8 and was still having problems until I uninstalled it, reinstalled it and rebooted my computer. I ignored everything that it said and after the reboot it has worked ok.
