I say the Apple MacBook Pro because of the screen size and the weight. The hard drive size is larger too.
I would asy the top one, but be careful with laptops, the more they have in them, the morelikely to go wrong, and also, you cannot update the internal hardware, due to the design...
You are really comparing apples to oranges. It terms of raw hardware, there is little difference. It comes down to OS now.
Mac OS is great for some users. It is easy to use, and has little problems due to virus. However, it lacks in hardware support, and software.
Windows has some advantages too. It has great hardware support, has ton of software, and is relatively familar to use. However it suffers from virus, and other malware.
It's really up to the user, do you want a different OS then 95% of the computer users out there?
