Which one should I get ? is it worth the additional 160 bucks for the HP to get the webcam, additional 80 gb hard drive and the 2.0 Ghz processor ?? Is the 2.0 Ghz one a lot faster ?? I use the laptop to burn dvd's , rip cd's , watch movies, and regular internet, MS Office work and some picture editing .

Its better to go for the second option? Caz HP pavilion & Satalite both gives u the same perfomance so going for a good one is better.
The HP no doubt is a better value. it's just a matter of if you are going to store over 80GB of material (which is hard to do for the normal PC user), or care about the small performance difference in a 1.73 and a 2.0 Ghz processor. It's up to you really. 1GB of ram more than makes up for a 1.73 Ghz processor as ram is more important than processor speed anyway. And the first dude was right...GET A DELL!
HP all the way, I have one and I love it. Never have any problems with it. I highly recommend.
go for Hp Pavilion as the specs are better than toshiba

this site will give you a sony vaio laptop just for completing some quick online tasks! really recommend it, especially if you're broke but really want/need a laptop (like me).
Toshiba Satellite. I would recommend an M65-S9092.
