(but then he moved across the country) he became my best friend,, he told me he loved me, he is visiting in a couple of weeks.. so i decided i think i am gonna like kiss him. he knows everything about me.. hun it will be fine just IM him, say hey it is me (enter name here) from band.. wats up? talk to him as you would any other friend

maybe you should ask him for his sn first cuz then he'd probably be like 'wth? how did she get my sn?' and if you ask him for it, then you'll know he wants to talk to you if he gives it to you. if hedoesn't, then just forget him

Yes, IM him. It's not going to make a whole lot of difference because he already knows you like him. If he blocks you or says he doesn't like you in that way, oh well. There are plenty of fish in the sea, as I so recently and harshly found out. You don't want to hear it, I know, but you're too young to be worrying about dating. Don't get yourself so worked up over a guy because they will come and go. They never stay, trust me. Someday...probably not any time soon...but someday, you'll realize that I (and probably your parents and other elders) was right. Worry about school and then getting a job and building an independent life for yourself. Then you can worry about bringing someone else into your life.
