One can lead normal life with one kidney.I have so many patients with me who are leading normal life after donating since more than 5to 10 years & even more,So don't worry, you are going to do a noble job by saving other life.

No experience, just read that it's a highly successful type procedure...
i think its sweet...i think that u should do it...b/c then she'll have apart of u in side...and i sure that she will be glad that her best friend saved her life...
