Pay Per Impression Programs?
Question:
Are there any REPUTABLE, HIGH PAYING pay per impression programs out there?
I have checked out www.popuptraffic.com and they have very high payouts, but I'm not sure if they are a good choice.
Any opinions are welcome. :)

I think you have a choice in Google to choose pay per impression. Check it out.
Google has pay per impression, but the amount of money you make is pathetic.
Try Commission Junction: www.cj.com. They might not pay per impression, but have some good affiliate programs
I advertised on google and discontinued due to no progress after 3 months. I even closed my account with them in August 2006. They still charge my credit card.
Beware!
Never give your credit card info to google. They are charging me untill today even I closed my account with them in August 2006.
I also tried to place their ads on my site, whenever my income reched $100 they all the time blocked my account. they said you were cheating to hit your ads yourself. I have never (not even a single time) hit my own ad.
