Site that Pays You?

Question:

We've all heard about the websites that say "Take surveys & get paid". As it turns out, most of those sites want something from you. I was wondering if ANYONE knows of a website that actually pays you without you having to pay a dime or without having to complete offers that ask you to pay something.

I've come across one site, but they only pay you by threads that you post. You get 5 cents for each thread you start, 2 cents for each reply, and you can even get a 5 dollar bonus if your thread is featured on that website or another one. If you refer friends, you earn 10 cents per friends. But the catch is that the maximum payout is 10 dollars and once you receive 10 dollars, you drop the moderator a PM and arrange your payment. Then you start back at 0.00 and work your way back up to ten dollars.
