Question: Please give me reasons why help desk workers need to keep a recording/log of their customers needs/requirements?
Answer:
So people don't ask the same customer the same question regarding their requirements 15000 times.
It can help them to build a database of solutions to problems.
Because they have to show these things to their EXECUTIVES.
They also keep this to alter their products according to need of PEOPLE.
Also, in case of COURT AFFAIRS, they keep these as a proof.
