I am trying to play streaming video but I only hear the audio - no video. Updated WM 10 but still nothing.?

Question: Tried playing video from CBS and Fox TV shows but I only get audio. Checked all available help options and nothing fixes the problem. Everyone else on our network has no problem playing the same shows.
