What is the best website hosting service?


Question: I use Allwebco. They used to be fantastic. Now they suck. Where they used to have support desk turnarounds of 15 minutes, they are now 6 hours.

What is another good one? I currently pay about ten bucks a month and don't mind continuing that but want great service.
