I am a Realtor as well and I found the Chamber of Commerce to be an excellent source. You will find builders and other professionals that can impact your business.
Get into sports groups. Join a gym, a ski club, a sailing club... also you should try flipping houses. I hear that real estate people make a ton of money doing that!
