How do I get back previous games (2) That were paid for when computer crashed and then set up again from begin
Question: recently something went wrong with my computer. Through Dell support I had it completely reinstalled to all the internet options. Incl. Outlook express, yahoo I.M..Internet explorer, yahoo e.t.c.. However, I had 2 paid for games that I could not get retrieved and downloaded for my Desk top. Please help me with how to get them back with out paying for them twice.
What game company? Usually you established an ID and password to get the game. Contact the company, explain what happened and maybe they can help you.
I had to reinstall Windows XP and reload my STEAM info. I had ID and PW and was able to do so.
