How can I stop slouching?

Question: I know I'm supposed to sit straight at my desk at work, but given an hour or so I'll slowly slide into a slouch without even noticing.

My feet are flat on the ground, and I have a modern chair with lumbar support, but still I find myself sitting on the edge of the chair, back curved into it, or sometimes hunched over my desk. How can I force myself to sit up straight?

Answer:
lay down
Have someone tie you to the chair.
u just ahve to keep reminding urself to sit up straight it will become a habit after a while.
sleeping without a pillow may help, but not very comfortable :p
Put a tight bra on backwards...that will sort you out.
No magic solution I'm afraid - you just have to TRY and imagine there is an upright pole going down the back of your collar right to the floor - and you are attached to it! Will power man! Now stop slouching and SIT UP STRAIGHT! The benefits of this are many - honest! But, yes, it is tiring!!
When I was young I broke a collar bone and it would not heal right unless I did not slouch.I wore a kind of back sling...looked a little like a bra...haha, it worked great. The Dr. also said in the morning stand up very straight and put adhesive tape from your shoulders down your back...several stripes, that would also keep u from slouching...of course u have to have someone put them on for you.
Strap yourself to the chair
