Scams, like the one before us, come in different forms of media. This is one of them. Regardless of where it originated be it England, Nigeria, Taiwan or any country that has the infrastructure and know how to bilk and fool humankind is nothing more than...garbage.
This is a scam...to win anything on the UK lottery you have to buy a ticket and be lucky enough to select the same numbers that get drawn.
