I get these e-mails all the time. Its known that you can't win overseas lotterys. I want you to look at the e-mail address its tell you to e-mail to and the e-mail address it came from. These e-mail address are probably different. I know for a fact that MICROSOFT doesn't take in any part of any kind of lottery. Next time google parts go the e-mail and see if you get any hits.
This email is a spam, take no action, just ignore it.

2nd-ly, they already have your file number(if you know what it is), why ask again?
3rd-ly, since they ask you to contact their Asian Fiduciary Agent, they will give you a number or smthing..
next, usually important messages would have a confidentiality note or smthng at the end..and
lastly, if this is true, they will send you a formal letter instead of an e-mail...
i used to receive them...but as appealling as the money is, i believe that it's safer to not act on this, and lose somenthing else instead..so just delete it.. :)
