I bought recharge cards on behalf of my company and i want a refund?

Question: I used my money to buy recharge cards to some people in an organization to create a good relationship with the desk officer in order for my company to be able to win a contract with them. I told one of the Executive directors of my company and he gave me his support and ask me to go ahead so now i need my money

Answer:
You need your money, so what are you waiting for?

If one of the Directors gave you the go signal, then you could reimburse.. have it approved by that Director as representation expense then submit the official receipts.. presto!

Unless of course, you lost the receipts..
Well talk to the director & tell him what you have done & ask how you go about getting you money back.
