What is assembly language? A low level language which is used to for hardware to communicate with each other.
What is compiler for programming language? A complier converts programing language into a format the computer can understand like binary.
What kind of programming language do we use for Mobile Phone application? Visual Basic or C. Maybe Java.

The number is infinite since people can make their own programming language. Many languages existed in the 60s and 70s before certain types became dominant.

This is a language that is either assembly or is so dependent upon a particular type of computer processor that it may as well be assembly.

A programming language that interacts with a particular type of processor or class of processors. (eg Intel x86)

File management is basically how Windows presents the computer user with a graphical interface for performing functions like copying, moving, deleting, opening (etc) files on the computer. This is presented in 'folder view' where folder icons represent directory structures.
