Can anyone recomend Mac software to perform a "help desk" environment?
Question: I run a windows and mac environment. I need a software package to implement "the help desk". i.e. recording IT support requests, asset inventory, searchable knowledge based info, and recording progress in the IT infrustructure of a growing comany. I need an application that is mac and windows compatible. i guess a browser based app would work. But I can't find one. I would like it to work on a mac server. Any ideas out there?
