AnswersRoom.com better than OEM help FAQs and desks?


Question: Who else has found that AnswersRoom.com is faster, more direct and easier to use than:
1) Supplier FAQs which I have never found an answer to my problem.
2) Help desk, Sprints non-technical support is a joke
3) emailing the supplier
4) I have found interactive chat from a supplier to be very good.

Answer:
I do, and I use it frequently. I also agree with you about the interactive chat from a supplier. It is far better than any other method of communication for resolving your issues. I use it alot with my internet service provider.
I have, Ask a question and with in an hour you could have maybe 5 answer's that are usually all from different points of view. So i would say that out of all AnswersRoom.com's is the most helpful, And " fast " when answering.
