I have a male co-worker that likes to masturbate at his desk. But we work in a cubical office. What?
Question: We have these weird 6'5" cubical so you can really see over them. They also have a frame built-in on one section to have some thin crappy door. I have a co-worker next-store to my cubical that is always mastubating at his desk. Its not like its his own office and there is no ceiling. I told the boss and he asked how did I know. I told him I looked after hearing him moan and the boss told me I should mind my business because he isn't bothiner anyone. He also told me what he deos in the privacy of his cubical, regardless if he is on the clock or not, is his business. Now obviously I do not agree with him. He should at least go into the bathroom. You know what, no, he just go home and do it.
I have no support from my boss. I went to his boss and he said if my boss already looked into it and he is not bothering anyone then consider it problem solved. But I still hear him. Problem IS NOT SOLVED. WTF !

Do you have an HR department? I would report it to that department.
wow..what a sh**ty boss....next time he does it look over the cubical and tell him to stop...theres a good chance you will embarrass him into not doing it anymore.good luck.
Yeah, you need to get a lawyer involved. It is obvious the guy is bothering you by doing that in his cubical. Your bosses are jerks for not listening to you.
go the office manager or the HR department. its disgusting and if he's doing it in his cubicle and you are right next to him that could be considered a form of sexual harrassment.
This is a form of sexual harassment, and the fact that neither your boss or his boss is willing to deal with it, is against the law.
Contact your HR department and file a grievance. If you don't have a legal department, you can contact your states Division of Labor.

You need to contact your human resources department & let them know because THIS is unacceptable behavior at work. It can also fall under the category of sexual harrassment because ANYTHING that makes you feel uncomfortable at work regarding sex, falls under this category. The smart idea is to keep a log of who you have spoken to about the problem, when, what their response was, & how often this is happening (I know, gross!) You can then talk to a sexual harrassment lawyer & file a complaint. The company HAS to do something about it. Are there any other employees bothered by this? Gather up who you can, but don't tell them you are filing an official complaint, ask them to write statements- actually, talk to a lawyer first & see what they suggest. It is completely inappropriate behavior in a work place!! Good for you for being disgusted! I suggest that you not tell anyone you are contacting a lawyer because they may fire you. I would formalize my issue with the coworker. I would go to the HR people and explain that on two occasions you have spoken to management. If you don't have an HR department, then go to a lawyer. (BTW, are other coworkers bothered?)
I think it could be really interesting to go to a shareholders meeting and ask what the company policy was for masturbating workers? That would get your bosses attention.
I can't believe that a company would tolerate this. Not only does it open them up to lawsuits, what company is willing to pay for staff to get off while in the office!?! You're there to work, so unless you're involved in the sex trade, this is wrong.
One other option would be to write the board of directors. Who knows, you might get a whole new management team in place.
Maybe you are just infatuated at the thought of seeing your co workers penis, and secretly spy on him. Maybe he just had an "itch"

If now of these work, than a laywer is probably your hope. Of course if you go that route, you moght wind up unemployeed. I know that's not fair, but thats just the way the system seems to work.
I agree call human resources or something. Contrary to what your boss thinks this is an issue. I have nothing against masturbating however work is not the place to do it. This is what's known as one of those little warning flags that lead up to something big.
