I Know testing tools, can i use that one to test the website?

Winrunner and Loadrunner are both programs primarily used for testing software applications and variations. If you are creating website(s) the best testing tools are usually built into the program you are using to create the site...Frontpage allows you to "preview" the site and opens in whatever your default browser is, if you are using some other program it shouuld have something similar. The other way to test your site is to install the latest version of Firefox (http://www.mozilla.com/en-us/firefox/)... and it has built in tools you can use to check for any problems with your codes, etc.
All you do is load the page in Firefox and then see if it renders okay, you can check for file placement and paths as well as any javascript errors by clicking on view and then page source (this will open the text file of your site and it'll highlight in red anything it can't decipher) you can also click on tools and select page source and also dom inspector, these will give you some more insight into whether the page will load correctly in other browsers and any errors that may be occuring. If there is some javascript on the page there is also an error console in the tools drop-down menu that'll give you any problems with that.
