Health care recovery?

Question:
How long do you think it would take for your health care system to recover from the loss of tobacco taxes. In canada our tax base for cigarettes is almost half of the total cost to buy them, so around 3.50.per pack. If you take that and do the math that would be about 365 X 3.50 per year per smoker. The total cost to buy the pack is about 7.50 per pack at least x 365 .

Answer:
