What medical purchases are allowed in a HSA plan?

Can a person use the money from the HSA (Health Savings Plan) account to purchase vitamins pills or over the counter drugs such as asprin or is that money allocated for prescription drugs only. Is there a do's & dont's list for HSA money put out by the Federal Government.

Yes you can purchase vitamins with the money from your
HSA plan, as well as over the counter drugs. Be sure to
verify this with your HSA provider though.
