I am 5'0 and wear a DD bra...WAY to big! Is there any way to make them smaller, short of breast surgery? If not, is there any way to make breast surgery more affordable? My health plan only covers it with certain requirements, some of which will take a while to get covered, and one I may never! Thanks!

sorry honey but unfortunately the human body is designed in such a way that if one part is affected, so are all the other parts. there are no excercises or pills that will just magically take away or add to only one part of your body, without having some kind of additional effects on others, for example, even after being right-handed for one's entire life, their right hand ends up being only slightly bigger than the left.
you could try some cardio, not only does that take away excess fat very fast, but it also makes you slimmer and reduces the excess water that the body stores up. walk or jog for a while, do anything it takes to keep your heart at a fast pace. do this and not only will your breast size probably decrease, but you will also have a bettter slimmer figure.
