How would you have better spent the money?

It is est. that there has been 350 billion(the is 'B' for BILLION)dollars spent on the war in Iraq, and if the Commander in Chimp had his way, open-ended with no end in sight. How better could those billions be spent? Health care for all, no matter what treatment? Full stocked science and computer labs for every high and Jr high school? Affordable housing for all? A year;s worth of gambling for each American? The coffers were open to you and they sais where ever you want to spend the money, there is where it would go. Where and how would you spend it on America?

Chances are it would have been better spent keeping us at #1 instead of languishing at #7.

Begin by telling the Christians once and for all that "Intelligent Design" is NOT Science and it doesn't belong in schools, and start reinforce science in classrooms, instead of floundering around with religious nonsense. Start encouraging scientists to come forward with great ideas instead of punishing scientist for simply telling the truth about global warming. Make sure that we get off foreign oil with new initiatives for bio-fuels that are available NOW. Force the car companies to stop taking money from big oil to keep MPG in cars low. Better heath-care, take care of our veterans we already have. There's tons of stuff he could have done.

Much good could have been done with the money. It could have been used to help the economy through different channels.

Yes and to pay for body bags to put all the dead from the terrorist attacks.

Re-educate the bleeding heart liberal, pie in the sky , left wingers, so that we could actually fight the war with the INTENT of victory. prosecute anyone who used opposition to the war as cover for polictical gain, and start my own news media that actually told the truth to the American public and educated them to the realities of the terrorist threat.
