Question:
I'm am not a kid anymore but I am in school and just about done with my generals, time to choose a major. Trying to find something that interests me and yet has good outlook I am looking into health care administration or similar health care fields or maybe go into IT, Has anyone any advice about the Health care field ? Would it be a good choice ? is it hard to get into ? I figure health care will never go away so that could be a way to go.
Answer:
Seems to me if you try ANY kind of administration in the health care industry, you'll be competing with people who have medical degrees. The only exception I can think of is insurance.
IT is very useful, and so is accounting. These (and law) are the four degrees you can get that you can take with you anywhere you want to live, and all four are in high demand.
