I'm 47.I feel like my life is never going to feel normal. I have got to change things soon... but how?

Question:
Being 47, and how I physically feel...I don't know how to turn my life around so I can LIVE!
I am seriously overweight, that causes major joint pain, back problems, major fatigue, and depression. I smoke, and can't seem to quit. I work 2 jobs, and it seems I just don't have time to develop the habits needed to change. Every single day I think of how poorly I eat, don't drink water, don't exercise.
I don't exercise because I am too tired, and usually in some sort of pain.and I'm too tired because I don't exercise.
I don't diet for what ever reason, I just can't seem to focus and conentrate on the changes needed to develop the habits. How can I change things in a slow manner to eventually get the weight off so I will be able to exercise and start to feel ALIVE? I know about what I need to do, but to actually just do it and put together a health plan, seems so hopeless.like I have a mental block. Has anyone broken the viscious cycle, if so how??

Answer:
Mate - its called HGH (human grown hormone), go to a doctor, get a perscription, and start a cycle for 6 months, its very easy for some one of your age to get the perscription, it is the number ONE, weight loss treatment in the world - aswell as anti ageing treatment, this stuff is the fountain of youth, literally - its very expensive though, if your looking to take it for about 6 months, you might need to be on it longer if your very overweight, 6 months you would realistically be looking at paying about 4-5 grand -

you will literally feel like a teenager again, you will also burn fat without doing anything, as it blocks of the fat receptors, and burns fat for energy for lean muscle, if you want to turn your life around, the fastest way to do it is with this stuff, look into it, i think its what your looking for - good luck
It sound like all you need is motivation.
Have you thought of trying to have a friend or family member help you stay motivated. This person can even diet and exercise with you. It's easier then doing it alone. You'll always have someone there to help you through the steps to having a healthier life style. You are more than welcome to email me or IM me if you need someone to talk to.I wish you luck.
If you believe in a higher calling, I would say start with prayer. Then there is no magic tricks or gimmick its simply -get moving- first and foremost and then gradually began to wan your eating habits. God knows its hard but its not about will power, its just a simple decision. Make a choice and say "I choose not to eat this cookie.cake,.. etc. whatever the item may be. I'm still struggling to and no I have not broke the cycle but ever sunrise is a new opportunity.
Can I recommend eating mainly raw food? It will help your energy and help you feel lighter and brighter.

The Hay system is a good eating plan for health and vitality. It concentrates on mainly raw and wholefoods and separates out proteins and starches for a more efficient digestive process.

This approach enables you to eat as much as you like but you should also try to exercise regularly. This will complement the good work your healthy diet will do for you!

Good luck
You are not alone, 1000's of people feel the same way. But you can change things believe it or not you've already taken a step towards changing things by acknowledging the problem.
First accept that things aren't going to change over night. The smoking will kill you quicker than the weight so if I were you I'd address that first. I've never been a smoker myself so I can't offer much advice but when my husband gave up, he simple decided he'd had enough of letting cigarettes control his life, he knew he was putting his health at serious risk and just stopped.
I have been overweight though. Forget the idea of going on a diet, that will never work, there's a good chance that you will only stick with it for a few weeks or even a few days. Even if you did keep to it until you lost all the weight you wanted to once you went back to what you were doing before, the weight would come back too.

You need to change your lifestyle. You need to look at what you are doing which is causing you to be overweight and change those things. I don't know you so I can't be sure but I suspect the first problem is that you aren't a priority in your life. Your health and wellbeing, and possible a lot of your other needs, are taking a back seat to other people and things. Change that first. Your health, and the changes you need to make to improve it, are now the most important thing. If that has an adverse affect on other people, tough.

You might find it helpful to spend a week or two keeping a lifestyle diary. Write down everything you do and eat. How you feel, what causes you to eat etc. Try and continue as normal though that is difficult because you will be paying more attention. So if for example you would normally have bought a chocolate bar on the way home from work and eaten it, and you don't because you are thinking about your lifestyle diary, write that in there, and how not eating the chocolate made you feel.

This may seem like a huge *** but I suspect you have spent many years of your life getting into the state you are in now so a spending a bit of time and effort to get out of it will be be necessary. After a week or two you should have a very clear picture of how you life currently is and how you feel. Look at it, what can you change? Just look for 1 or 2 simple things you can change to improve you health. You've already mentioned one, more water, maybe take a bottle out with you, get in the habit of sipping it every few minutes. That's a simple and cheap one to do.

Only you know what is going to work for you. But keep this in mind. Your health is not negotiable. Spend time every day taking care of your needs. Don't feel guilty about it. If you use a day planner or diary put an appointment in there with yourself. You wouldn't cancel a meeting or a doctor's appointment without a good reason. Don't cancel on yourself. You should be your top priority. You are the only person who is guarenteed to be with you for life, if you don't take care of yourself nobody else can do if for you, and if you don't take care of yourself, you can't take care of anybody else.

If you can't do it alone, lots of people can't, join weight watchers.

Good luck.
