If we have this many illegal immigrants in this country, they must be taking a terrible toll on the health care system, which seems to be an issue with most people in this country. If we sent every last one of them back the health care crisis would be over and we citizens could all get the care we want. My guess is that they don't pay there medical bills too often.

Answer:
Most of the illegals take advantage of the Heath Care system because they don't have any ID, social security or any number related to them. So, today, they can be Juan, tomorrow Jose.
The solution is not to send them back. (who is going to work cleaning toilets or in the farms?)
The solution could be give them a real ID, same like driver license, where every record, felony or whatever is there.

You know what is funny? I have friends, citizens, who go to SF Hospital saying that they are illegals to receive free treatment because they don't have insurance! Even a surgery!!

this link show that in California alone that the cost is 10.5 billion a year. That would put it over 500 billion in the U.S. total, not much it means that every legal tax payer in U.S. only 200 dollars.
