Does anyone know of a company that will give a personal plan to just about anyone? I keep getting turned down because I smoke but I have had policies in the past? Please let me know if there is a company out there that will give me a policy.
I would stop telling them that you smoke. My Dr. told me I was being WAY to honest on my health insurance applications, lol!
I asked him "what if they find out I lied", he said then they will just deny you. They won't come after you or anything like that.(I was a bit paranoid, lol!)
And I also wondered if I had applied somewhere would the next place know what I said to the other co. and he said no.
He said most of them DO NOT check your medical records unless there is a significant reason to do so, like a major thing.
