Fitness & Health?
Question:
What I plan to do is, wake in morning take 2 fat loss pills with pint of water, 30 minutes later go for 1 hour cycle.
Come back get shower and have oats with milk for breakfast and pint of water.
Lunch time have some fruit with salad sandwich and pint of water.
Come even dinner 30 minutes before take 2 x fat loss pills and pint of milk with whey.
1 hour after dinner, exercise with weights and do some stretches. Possibly have some fruit afterwards as snack.
Is there anything wrong with this setup, does it sound ok, Im a newbie to exercising and knowing what to take etc and when to take it, what can you advice or change with this diet, that would benefit me.
For evening dinners, it will be things like pasta, fish, chicken, beef etc
Thanks
Answer:
Ok fist of all forget the "fat loss" pills. They're worthless. Might as well have some coffee or red bull (diet r/b). Second of all, if you ever feel hungry during this process you are doing it wrong. They key to losing weight is to exercise every day (but not necessarly kill yourself - anything weights, running walking etc) and eating but not pigging out. If you want try this: go buy yourself Lean Cuisine dinners - they're like 300 calories each. Eat well in the morning (cereal/eggs/salad/whole grain bread - whatever) then have a l/c at lunch and one at dinner. If you're hungry in between have a fruit - or a protein shake - but mix it with water insted of milk or blend it with some ice - its delicions. Dont eat more than 2 l/c because you will go over your daily salt intake. This setup should not give you more than 1500 calories per day and the exercise will burn some. As well I guarantee you that you wont feel hungry. Oh yeah - biggest thing - drink water and don't drink alcohol. At most you can loose 2 lbs per week safely and in a healthy manner. Nobody looses 10lbs a week of fat - at most it's water and once you stop you gain it right back. So again - exercise, good breakfast, lean cuisine, fruit, shake, no alcohol, water exercise 7 days a week - even if its only a 30 min walk. Give yourself a month or so and you will see the results - i lost 40 lbs in 6 months. good luck
