What's the best type of health insurance for the college student? Out of state?

Question:
My college's health insurance is more of a sickness/accident plan than anything else. (I had it this past eyar and it's pretty much worthless out of campus). Do you think there is anything I could find (with actual coverage) for the cost of that accident plan ($700/year).

Also how does it work with living in one state and going to college in another one. Is there a type of insurance that could work in both?

Any explanations of how health insurance works would also help greatly?
Any experiences?

Answer:
Being that you are a college student, do your parents have a plan that you are eligible under?

Besides that, you cant get much health insurance for $700/year these days. Even catastrophic care with huge deductibles are more then that.
No. A health insurance plan is going to cost you at least $200 a month, or $2400 a year - NO WHERE near the $700 a year you're looking for.
