Can any Presidential candidate talk about health care reform without also talking about immigration reform?

Question:
I think health care and immigration go hand in hand. In less than 50 years, the U.S. Census Bureau projects that immigration will cause the population of the United States to increase from its present 288 million to more than 400 million.
Imagine that all those people don't pay their bills when they have kids or go to the emergency room..? The numbers are crazy. So from there the hospital charges higher rates to the Insurance companies and then they pass HIGHER premiums off to the paying customers... If this continues we (as a country) will have our health care system totally washed out from under our feet. So I think if a candidate presents a plan they must also talk about the nonpaying illegal residents of this country too. As an American I am willing to listen to a candidate but only if they address this issue at the same time because this is a huge part of the problem. ======immigration figures from:http://www.cis.org/topics/currentnumbers...
